TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)1. General & Ordering Requirements⟡ References: Clear visual references for characters, outfits, props, and preferred poses are required.
⟡ Details: Please provide details regarding scene setting, lighting, mood, and background ideas.
⟡ Communication: Specify any particular requests before work begins.
⟡ Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to decline any commission request if it falls outside my current skill level, comfort zone, or for any personal reason.2. Payment Terms⟡ Accepted Currencies: BRL (via Pix for Brazil) and USD (via PayPal for International).
⟡ Payment Structure: 50% upfront payment upon sketch start, and the remaining 50% upon final sketch approval before lineart/rendering begins.
⟡ Render Level:
Clean Sketch: ~50% of the base price.
Lineart + Flat Color: ~70% of the base price.
Full Render (Lighting, shading, and detailed painting): 100% of the listed price.

Flat Colors in Artstyle 1: +$5 USD
⟡ Commercial Use: If the artwork is used for commercial or profitable purposes (such as merch, book covers, streamer branding, or commercial avatars), a +100% commercial fee will apply to the final price.3. Process, Revisions & Turnaround⟡ Updates: WIPs (Work in Progress) will be sent at key stages: Sketch, Flat Color, and Final Render.
⟡ Revisions:
Minor adjustments (color tweaks, small details) are free of charge.
Major revisions (pose changes, re-drawing major elements, adding new assets after approval) will incur extra fees.
⟡ Turnaround Time:
Simple Artwork: 2 to 4 weeks.
Complex Artwork: 1 to 2 months.
Turnaround time begins after the upfront payment is received and references are confirmed.
⟡ Waitlist / Slots: Clients are notified via DM when their turn arrives. 1 client = 1 active slot.

4. Copyright, Usage Rights & Digital Deliverables
⟡ Digital Deliverables: All products are digital files only (high-resolution PNG/JPG). No physical items will be shipped.
⟡ Personal Use & Printing: You are allowed to use the digital file for personal social media avatars, wallpapers, and personal physical printing for home decoration.
⟡ Commercial Prohibitions: Reselling physical prints, merchandise, or using the artwork for commercial profit is strictly prohibited without a separate commercial license (+100% fee).
⟡ AI & NFT Restrictions: The artwork cannot be used for AI model training, dataset feeding, or sales/minting as NFTs under any circumstances.
⟡ Artist Rights: I retain full rights to the artwork, including posting it on portfolio sites, social media, or speedpaint videos.
⟡ Private Commissions: If you wish for your artwork to remain private (not posted online), please let me know beforehand.5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
⟡ Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before I have started drawing, you will receive a 100% full refund of your upfront payment.
⟡ Cancellation During Sketch Stage: If cancelled after I have started working on the initial sketch, the 50% upfront payment is non-refundable to cover labor hours.
⟡ Cancellation After Sketch Approval: No refunds will be issued once the final sketch is approved and the piece enters lineart/rendering.
⟡ Artist Cancellation: If I am forced to cancel your commission due to personal unforeseen circumstances, a full or proportional refund will be issued depending on progress.6. Client Conduct & Blacklisting
⟡ Respectful Communication: Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
⟡ Termination of Service: If a client exhibits abusive behavior, I reserve the right to cancel the commission immediately, refund any unworked portion of the fee, and permanently blacklist/block the individual from taking future slots.
